The Malley Group has been great to work with. During week 2 of our search. We found a property while Joe Malley ( our agent) was out of town. He quickly responded to our text, hooked us up with another agent Tate. Tate was able to help us make our offer all within 24 hours. While Joe was still out of Town, he kept in touch to see how the offer process was going. He was even the one to call and let us know that we got the house. After our offer was accepted more of the Malley team stepped in and made sure the buying process stayed on track. We where able to close with in 40 days of making the offer. The reason for saying all of this is this agency is truly a team. And they look out for their clients!!
We moved from Chicago to Vermont so finding the right agent to help us navigate not only a new market but a crazy market was imperative. We were referred to the Malley brothers by an acquaintance.
