I could not have asked for a better Real Estate experience! I cannot express just how wonderful it was to work with the Joan Kelly Group. I was able to take advantage of their expertise in understanding what renovations would give me the best return on investment and to sell my home as quickly as possible. We ran into numerous stumbling blocks along the way with COVID delays and deliveries and some unexpected needed repairs but the team was always one-step ahead to make sure everything was taken care of especially since I do not live locally. The team did an outstanding job responding, advising and guiding me. I was truly impressed with their dedication and professionalism and cannot recommend them enough.
