We cannot recommend Rich Gardner highly enough. He handled a complicated property sale for us in a highly professional manner and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He listened carefully to our long list of “musts” with respect to conservation and had to spend a great deal of time weeding out a large number of prospective buyers who he felt might not adhere to them. A week after Rich listed the property he came to us with two firm offers at the asking price and the sale to one of those buyers went through seamlessly thanks to Rich’s superior negotiating skills.

I emphatically recommend going through the Gardner Group; I had a very supportive experience. I was personally referred to them via a strong recommendation from a friend. I was living in Germany at the time, and had to quickly move back to Vermont for a new job. Rich Gardner started with videocalls to make sure I was comfortable with and clearly understood the purchase process. He personally checked out a number of houses for me and went through the bidding process with me several times in a tough market. I had to buy my house sight unseen (which is crazy), but Rich and another friend walked the property we chose, video called me and checked everything from the garage roof ties to the boiler system set-up on my behalf. It was a nerve-wracking process, especially with the bidding challenges presented. Rich was never anything less than totally invested in the success of me and my family and treated the purchase as seriously as if he were moving into the house himself. When we finally met in person, he was absolutely as cordial and upbeat as on the video calls. I love the house and property we landed in, and the Gardner Group has continually reached out since the purchase to invite our family to various events and get-togethers they organize. I’ve purchased homes before in other locations but never had the level of support I received here. While my previous organizations were forgettable, I can honestly say that I won’t forget the positive, safe, and extremely supportive homebuying experience I had through Mr. Gardner.

Working with Rich was a breeze. What started as a mention from Rich of some property for sale by a builder quickly and easily turned into us building our dream home. Rich is not only a realtor, he also has a history and knowledge of designing and building homes, so having him at our meetings with the builders, asking thoughtful questions that we wouldn't have thought to ask, and supporting us through the whole process was more than we could have asked for. Simultaneously, Rich helped us sell our other home. He found us a great buyer and got us a price we were happy with. He and his team made this process incredibly easy, and even enjoyable, and for that we are forever grateful.

Rich Gardner is a great realtor, great man, and really wants the best for you in selling your home. We had a situation where we needed to sell our house and close in approximately 2 weeks. We had already put a deposit on another house in another state and was closing soon. He worked with our lawyer to figure out a way to get our money to S.C. quickly. His communication skills are excellent and he always keeps you informed about your house viewing schedule. He communicated with our Realtor who was handling our purchase and made sure everything work. Best Realtor I have ever worked with.
