Steve Saggese has been my realtor for two home sales in Ithaca, NY in 2019 as well as in 2024. Working with Steve was a pleasure, and three traits stand out:(1) Experience, insight, confidence and success in the real estate market: His knowledge of the real estate market in our area was evident from the detail in his market analysis and listing proposal. It was extremely thorough and obvious he had put a lot of thought into it. Steve is easy to work work, highly responsive and well respected. He works hard for his clients as I have bought and sold multiple house with Steve. He keeps things in perspective but is always helpful and knowledgeable. One of the best in the Ithaca area and highly recommended!

I first worked with Steve Saggese back in 2004 with the sale of Mom's property in downtown Ithaca. It was smooth and fast. Steve really knows how to facilitate a deal and make it easy for both the buyer and the seller.In 2020, I needed to sell my brother's property in Enfield. From start to finish it was difficult due to others in the chain not following up or doing their jobs. Steve was the shining light in this transaction. Since I am 5 hours away from Ithaca now, Steve took it upon himself to do a lot of the leg work for me and because of his diligence and professionalism we finally closed on the property last week. If it had not been for the trust I have in Steve Saggese we would still be at square one. I highly recommend Steve and his ability to relate to various people and situations. Thank you Steve.

Steve was an A+ realtor to work with. He was very flexible and responsive to all the requests to go see certain homes and knowledgeable in answering all of our first time home buyer questions. He’s very honest, in his opinion, and will help you find a home that’s a good fit for you. Even though we had a tight budget to work with, he didn’t want us to settle for something that would end up being a moneypit and found us a beautiful home that we love.

Steve Saggese guided us through the process of buying a home in the greater Ithaca, New York, area during the Spring of 2020. It was a time of evolving mandates during the virus pandemic, but he calmly got us through the process. We were new to the area and appreciated Steve’s knowledge of the many different neighborhoods, school districts, townships, tax structures, home construction types and ages, and price levels. When seeing houses with us, Steve quickly picked up on their strengths and weaknesses; and, was a good sounding board as we considered if the homes would meet our needs. When we found the house we wanted, he provided guidance with the whole negotiating and closing process. Steve knew what the next step was, and looked out for our best interest.
