Stephanie is so good at what she does and cares about her customer even more. Not only did she do an awesome job selling my home in Tacoma in 2016, but I’m an insurance professional that has seen firsthand how she treats her customers. I recommend her highly enough if you’re looking to buy or sell in the Tacoma area, she really knows her the area.

I can't say enough positive things about Stephanie Spiro and her team at Windermere Adobe. As first-time home buyers, we were a bit overwhelmed by the housing market and process of obtaining a home that would be the right fit. By the end of it, we not only had our dream home, but we felt as though we were making well informed decisions about how to go about bidding on and obtaining that home. Stephanie never tired of showing us houses and was available night and day when we had questions. If for any reason she was not available because she was showing a house to another client, her colleague, Renata was there for us. Neither of them tried to push something on us just to sell....they wanted us to be happy and comfortable with all decisions as they came up. Stephanie is clearly very knowledgeable in this field and has amazing strategies and follow through. I can't imagine having gone through the difficult process of finding/buying a home with anyone else and would highly recommend Stephanie Spiro and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Stephanie makes it easy! Being first-time homebuyers, we came to her with very little capital and almost no knowledge of the process. Stephanie was so patient and kind, and went above and beyond to make sure things were going to be affordable for us. She even talked the home inspector down from his standard cost! We bought a home in the exclusive and highly sought-after North slope district, and Stephanie knew just what to include to make our offer look better in a very competitive market. She has all the expertise you could hope for, with the additional people skills to truly create the best home-buying process for everyone involved. Stephanie was introduced to us by a couple we were staying with in Tacoma, my husband and I were visiting for only a week but Stephanie made all the time for us as we were only in town for a short time and resided in Maryland. Buying a house for the first time is already a stressful thing but buying out of state was even harder. Stephanie went above and beyond helping us with our search and showing us the town along with amazing houses. As first time home buyers we didn't know much but Stephanie answered all our questions. When it came to finally putting in an offer she took the reigns and got us our dream home! If you live in Tacoma you know it's very hard to get a house here but Stephanie was able to get it for us on our first try. Stephanie not only helped us get our house but she was very involved after we flew back to Maryland. Stephanie went and checked on our house since we weren't able to, she dealt with our very difficult sellers and she made sure to update us with videos and pictures. Stephanie got us our dream home and I can honestly say we also got her as our dream realtor.

It took us a couple trials runs to get to Stephanie. We crossed paths at an Open House and instantly felt a level of comfort and understanding with her in just a few short discussions.Our decision to work with her was proven correct over and over, as she understood what we were searching for and zeroed in on the types of homes and neighborhoods we were interested in. She was flexible in working with our schedule (traveling down from Seattle). She was also tenacious, working on our behalf to save money wherever possible.We were so happy to have found Stephanie. Her diligent work with the sellers agent went really well and she kept me informed of where we were at in the process. Due to my geographic location, I was physically unable to be in Tacoma for a home search. Stephanie was great to work with selling our home in North Tacoma from start to finish. She was very helpful helping us to know where to spruce the house up to get it ready to sell. The staging was incredible. Her expertise of the market really helped us to get top dollar for our house and really offered great advice during the negotiation phase.
