Shirley was absolutely amazing! Her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding! She listened to our wants and needs and helped us navigate to new home! Shirley knew the area (we were moving three hours away and had very little knowledge of the area was SUCH a huge help!!! Her knowledge of the process was impeccable too! We had not bought a home in 30 years, and everything has changed!! I could keep going, but Shirley was the Gold Standard for us!!!! Above and beyond in every sense!!!!

Shirley was so patient with me buying my first house. She was more than willing to explain the basics as well as complicated processes of the entire buying experience with no judgment.I never felt confused within the process and always had a quick response to all my questions. That being said, we are so happy with the house she sold us. It felt like home from the beginning but after 6 mos and many projects, it’s absolutely perfect ! So thankful for the experience.

We had a fantastic experience with Shirley as our realtor! We slowly worked through the process of finding our home over 3 years. We had 2 houses to sell and wanted to find a new place. We were looking for a ranch home but really wanted a good value. She steered us into a 1925 brick home in a great neighborhood that was asking about 15 to 20 percent below market. We were hoping to get mid 90's for our 2 houses but we found buyers at 106k and 109k. We had typical fears of failing inspections, buyers with bad credit, problems with appraisals and we tormented her with our worst fears. She promised that things would happen a certain way in a certain time frame, and in the end, it happened just like she said it would. Our settlement estimates were all within a few hundred dollars of what we anticipated at closing. When there were issues with buyers missing their marks, she didn't hesitate to contact the buyers realtor with our expectations (which were met without complaint). She took care to keep us informed and took great pleasure in being first to contact us when good things happened (like closing dates or when our keys were available at the new house). She was genuinely thrilled to take us into our new home for the first time after closing....she even brought us a house warming gift. She understood our needs and our skills (we have remodeled houses for the past 10 years) and got us exactly what we needed. I am sure we are not a unique case. She really knows her business and her people.

Shirley, Did a wonderful Job getting us are first home. She made the closing happen a lot sooner, she answered all my question and all my phone calls even at night. Shirley is such a wonderful person. There is honestly not enough stars to give her cause if I could I’d give her endless ones. If you are in need of a realtor Shirley is definitely the one to go to. I’m just thankful for having her she made the process so much less stressful. Thanks Shirley for all you did.

Shirley helped my wife and I but a home on March 7,2023. We were very particular and patient in finding exactly what we wanted, so it took a while. She didn’t give up and supported us through the process. She was very responsive throughout our time together and got us into every home we wanted to see. She never pressured us and steered us away from a number of homes that only marginally fit our criteria or had structural or system issues.
