Kara did a fantastic job for me selling my home and buying another at the same time. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. She even paid money for a cleaning that was in my contract and didn’t get done properly. Kara was great to work with and if I needed help with real estate again I will be calling her for sure.

It can be a stressful period, when you're looking for a new home. One thing that helps make everyone feel better is peace of mind and you will get that with Kara on your side . Kara was always on top of it. Whether 'it' was a new opportunity, putting our house on the market , or to simply offer her knowledge and expertise. Having a guide, able and willing, to assist in all aspects of the process, was an invaluable resource, and I can confidently tell you that you can expect the same level of service! We sold and purchased a new house with her and the process was extremely smooth and easy . Kara was awesome, genuine and honest. She was so pleasant to work with. Showings felt like we were hanging out with a friend and never like a business transaction. Our previous agent in another state was pretty fantastic; we were sure that we wouldn’t be lucky enough to get one like her again in Ohio… BUT Kara met and exceeded our expectations tenfold. Our house has felt like home from day one and that is thanks to Kara’s patience with us and her passion and knowledge of all things real estate.
