Shana, is exceptional in what she does. She works through the process in quiet and confident ways, without making the buyer or seller feel pushed at all (we have both bought and sold homes with her). She is very sincere and doesn’t skip steps..very proactive! I fully believe we wouldn’t have been able to sell our home in this market w/o her steadfastness and perseverance. Highly recommended her!

Why did we choose Shana to help us buy our home to relocate to the tri-cities? We chose Shana because she said she was a unicorn house hunter when asked in our first meeting with her. We had very specific needs and knew it was going to take someone like Shana to make it happen for us. Her market expertise is undoubtedly why we found our home. She was always, and I mean ALWAYS, available to answer our questions and communicated very well throughout the process. Shana found our unicorn home and made our relocation a realty!

TLDR; Shana really goes the extra mile to help you find your perfect home and guides you throughout the offer/closing process. Amazing communicator who keeps you updated every step of the way and answers every question you have. She's the best! ~~We first met Shana when we called her an hour after missing an open house she had just wrapped up and she was so kind and helpful - even though it was last minute on a weekend, she made herself available to show us homes the following day. We were about a year into our home search and had been let down by a lot of agents who said they were eager to work with us, but clearly weren’t paying attention to what we were looking for in our next home and had terrible communication and follow through. Shana was so kind and truly took to heart our asks and what we were looking for. After seeing our list of must haves/nice to haves and asking us about our family and lifestyle, when she said “I actually think I have the home for you and I’m holding an open house tomorrow - I really think you should come by.” we were skeptical at first because we’d been shown “good fits” so many times before, but oh man, she hit it out of the park. When we toured the home, it was everything we'd asked for on our list and more and we’re so happy to say we just closed on it today! Shana helped us navigate this changing market and held our hands through the entire process - always prompt to respond to texts, hop on the phone, work with our lender, pass questions back and forth between us and the sellers. She truly made this such a fun and easy transaction for us and we can’t wait to move into our new home! Can’t recommend Shana enough.
