Sarah Hedrick has many qualities as a realtor and far too many to condense and fit in this box. She is excellent in appraising the value of your property and her veteran experience in real-estate certainly gives us the edge when negotiating comes and we need her the most. I'm note implying that she's a mind reader, but her performance with knowing what you really want and need, can leave one wondering, "example", how did she know that? Sarah and her staff are excellent when it comes time to stage your house. I believe she could be an excellent interior decorator if she so desired, but to our benefit, she just sells our houses. Sarah sold our 150 acre ranch and only had to reduce the price $50,000 Sarah, also found us a home with 3 acres in East Clovis and the seller reduced the price the $30,000.

We were able to sell our home for far more than we anticipated. We believe that the reason for selling our home quickly and for more than we anticipated was because she staged our home beautifully coupled with the excellent photography and video.
