Steve was amazing to work with when selling our rental condo. He took care of everything - it was even possible to forget at times that we were selling property. He was considerate of our tenants, and did a great job negotiating, and we accepted an offer that was significantly over our asking price. I would definitely work with him again!

Rafay and team were incredibly helpful in the purchase of our home in Long Grove. His team was responsive and attentive, making the process easy and pain-free. Beyond their quality in assisting us in our house search, each member of the team (and, in particular, Rafay and Jana) was friendly, calm, and overall just good people. I would recommend this team to anyone.

It was a disaster working with Sidney Powell. He took my all cash offer with no contingencies and sold the property to another buyer for the exact same price I offered. There was no communication to me and I only found out after the property was sold. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these dishonest brokers.

Rafay and his team are simply amazing. The entire process from beginning to end went as smooth as possible. Prior to agreeing to have Rafay list my house, he took the time and explain every detail and answer all my questions. Only when I was comfortable did we move forward. Rafay listed my house and within a few days we have multiple offers. Rafay and his team helped me navigate through the process and helped me pick the best deal for me and my family. Just because my house was under contract doesn’t mean Rafay went off into the sunset and I never heard from him again. Rafay kept following up with me every step of the way and ensured the inspection, appraisals, final walk-through, and closing all went well. He was always a phone call away and his team was very responsive. If you go with Rafay you just don’t get a an amazing realtor but you get his entire team that is willing to do everything to help. Highly recommend him if you are looking to list and get your property sold fast.

If you are looking for a real estate agent, your search is over! Rafay and Jana were a true pleasure to work with on the sale of our home. Professional, personable, honest, highly knowledgeable, dedicated.....I could list many more but this gives you a little window into what you will get after choosing Rafay and his team. From our very first meeting, all of those attributes were obvious and it made our choice an easy one! Rafay and Jana exceeded all expectations. Their advice was spot on and the entire process was well scripted and designed from obvious experience. His market analysis estimated being under contract in 27 days. Instead, we closed in 20 days! All credit due here to Rafay, Jana and his team. Seriously-look no further. You found the right folks....

Rafay wasn't the first realtor my wife and I worked with while purchasing our house, but he was by far the best. He was so responsive and professional. He didn't try forcing us into anything, he was quick to point out flaws in a property or things that might become a problem in the future. He made it extremely clear that he was there for us, and would make suggestions we weren't even thinking about. It's like he was using his real estate knowledge to purchase a house for HIS family. My experience was exceptional. I already started referring him my friends and family who thinking a real estate purchase.Rafay stopped by our new house the day we moved in with 2 boxes pizza and a salad, people!

Rafay is a very well-rounded realtor. He was always very professorial. He met up with both my mother and I in our search for our new home. He treated everyone with respect. We viewed multiple houses and finally decided on the one. Once we started with the offer he guided me through and offered his advice through out the whole process.
