Peggy has been our realtor for 4 homes over the years. We trust her experience and knowledge of homes and the market. She has helped us navigate through many home buying details that we would have missed. Each new home was perfect for the time we were in our life. If we were to look for a fifth home, we would definitely call her again!

We started working with Peggy when we sold our first home in 2001. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for, even when we didn't know where to look for it. She goes above and beyond to represent her clients whether buying or selling. She is extremely detailed regarding researching market prices, competitive homes, neighborhood attributes. She even helped us find a great realtor when we moved to another state. All these things and more are why, when our son was buying his first home, we made sure he contacted Peggy. There's no one we would have trusted more to help him through the process.

Peggy went above and beyond our expectations as our real estate agent, taking care of every detail that required attention. She was even able to assist us in finding and scheduling a great contractor for some last-minute repair work that was necessary before selling. With her years of experience she was exceptionally knowledgeable about every aspect of the home buying & selling process. This was especially helpful when viewing houses, when she was able to point out many aspects (both positive and negative) of the houses that we hadn't even considered (or didn't have a lot of knowledge with). I can honestly say that she always had our best interests in mind and that she truly cares about her clients.

We met with Peggy Isakson through a friend who recommended her to me highly. Now we would like to strongly recommend her to anyone who needs sell or buy house in Fargo-Moorhead area. She understands market really well: gave us great idea on how to prepare the house in order to put it on market, good judgement on the fair price on the house in order for it be sold quickly . As the result our house was sold right away and at a fair price.To sell a house is a complicated process, with the guidance of Peggy, the whole process went through smoothly.She had been put our interests first all the time. We are very grateful for all the assistance that she has provided to us.

WOW! What a refreshing realtor! Peggy is my number one go to when it comes to real estate! I first met her on a walk through with a friend who Peggy was their realtor and they had purchased their first home through her! THROUGHLY impressed! She was open, honest, helpful concerned for their best interests! Shortly thereafter I decided to sell my home - I called Peggy! Sold for approximately the price I wanted in no time! Peggy knows her stuff and is so helpful and encouraging! I had never sold a home on my own and she walked me through the steps with knowledge, grace, honesty! HIGHLY recommended.

Peggy is a fantastic realitor! Her knowledge of the local market helped us find the house of our dreams as soon as it came on the market, which is important in the fast market of the Fargo Moorhead area. Her honest opinion helped us avoid houses that would need work more than we were looking to invest in, or over pay for a house that was higher prices than its value. She was also extremely patient and kind to a 4 year old boy who just wanted to run around, so that we could look at the houses. I wouldn't work with anyone else!

Peggy was very direct & honest with me when I finally decided to sell my home. There were things that needed to be done to my home, but Peggy knew how to work that into the asking price of the home & it worked for everyone. She was spot on in who she thought would buy it & we didn't have to meet a lot because things progressed in an efficient & timely manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking about buying or selling. She does know the market in the F-M area.
