We stumbled into Brett completely by accident and it was the best accident possible. He helped us negotiate not one, but two purchases including helping us get out of a deal that got worse and worse with each layer peeled away. More than just a good realtor, Brett puts his heart into his clients and it shows in the process from start to finish. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Brett on your next home purchase or sale.

Brett was fantastic to work with. I spoke with a number of agents while in the early stages of buying a house and ultimately chose to work with Brett because it didn't feel like he was trying to sell us on him, instead he was interested in helping us find the home that we wanted. Brett is a homeowner himself, which I feel is important. It's not a bad thing if you aren't, but he knows what it's like to be in your shoes and go through that process. My wife and I were first-time home buyers and had specific things we needed, and things we were flexible on. Brett took them all into consideration and took them seriously when presenting houses to us. A good agent is always going to be working with multiple clients, but a good agent will also make you feel like you're the only one they're working for. And Brett is a good agent. He always responded in a timely manner and always answered any questions we had. If he didn't know the answer, he would get the answer, and return your call or message as soon as possible. He's always looking out for you and not just the sale. He'd be the first one to tell us that if a house didn't feel right, we should keep looking. That the right house was out there and that he'd help us find it. And he did. He helped us find a great home that met our needs and our budget. After finding the house him and the team he works with helped us every step of the way and made the process a breeze. I have a friend who bought a house at the same time as my wife and I, and the agent and team they worked with didn't make the process nearly as smooth. Brett was so awesome to work with. He was always responsive, no matter what time of day. Brett helped us find our dream first home. He helped us negotiate with the seller and get everything we wanted. Since buying our home in Aug, he has checked in with us once a week to make sure things are working out! He has made himself accessible to us for whatever we need! All around great guy, we would definitely recommend him!

I recently purchased a condo, I had been just looking online. I never thought I could afford a home with my income. Brett walked me through all of it, from start to finish. There were some bumps maybe even a hill or two that we had to climb but we did it, stuck strong and helped me get mew new place. Brett always answer my questions and responded very fast. I would recommend Brett. Brett always asked how I was doing and how my son was. He asked what I liked and didn’t like. He didn’t show me homes that’s ere out of my reach financially. I am very happy with my purchase!
