Aruna and Poonam helped us sell our house in a fast-changing market. They are knowledgeable about the local market and clearly instructed on house showings and sale timing. They helped us get licensed contractors quickly to address the contingencies. They promptly and patiently responded to our questions and made the paperwork and communication hassle-free with the buyer's agent. Overall we enjoyed working with Aruna and Poonam, like many of our friends in the FM area.

Aruna and Poonam are amazing ladies! They have a very pleasant attitude in taking care of their clients. They both are knowledgeable of the current market trend, not just only business information in buying our home, but, they are both very professional, they respond quickly of all our messages and calls, they made sure all our questions and concerns were clarified and attended immediately. Aruna & Poonam helped sell our house in West Fargo, ND & both of them were AMAZING & ADORABLE people to work with! They were very knowledgeable about the real estate market & helped us at every step of the way. From the first day onward, we felt very confident & comfortable leaving the house selling process in their hands. Many times they went above & beyond what was necessary of them like checking on our house when we were out of town, checking on the sump pumps when it rained heavily, etc. If you are looking for a realtor to buy or sell your house, look no further. These wonderful ladies are extremely capable & know the business well. I only wish that they worked in the town I moved into so that I could keep working with them.

Aruna was a joy to work with. She made the process of selling our first house fun and stress free. Throughout our entire process she was available to answer any and all of our questions. She advocated for all of our wants and needs in the negotiation process. There is no one I would trust more with buying or selling a home!

We wanted to talk to a few realtors when we were selling our home but after talking to Aruna/Poonam and another realtor we had a very clear choice on who we knew was there for our best interest. They are so fun, kind, and knowledgeable. They clearly worked hard on every detail of our home. We had constant communication and we were updated constantly on every step of the process. We had to move a month before closing and it felt good to know someone we trusted could look after everything and show up for final papers on the last day in our place. It was so cool to not only have Aruna but also have her sister Poonam. II, hands down, would never choose another realtor in the area and I will always make sure to tell all my friends in the Fargo area about them. Seriously amazing ladies. I truly kick myself in the butt for not working with them when we moved to Fargo last year but we already had a realtor(referred by our previous states realtor) and had spoke with the other realtor for a few months before seriously looking at homes. I wish we would have met with Aruna first. Don't waste time with other realtors. These guys care about you and the homes they sell. It's obvious they love their job and care about their clients!

Aruna Hagen is amazing!! She worked so hard for us in getting our new Home. She always got back to us when we had any questions. She was always patient and kind. Even though the market is not the easiest She found us the right place. We are really grateful for all the work she puts in. I would recommend her to anyone.

They truly have your best interest in mind & are the sweetest souls ever! Plus, they gift you a really generous gift at closing & are involved with homes for heroes, getting you some $$ back. How awesome is that? These two will not disappoint you, I promise!
