This was my 3rd transaction with Patrick and his team in two and a half years. I purchased a condo, sold a 3 bdrm home, and sold a condo on my recent experience. My first two experiences were so positive, I didn't think twice about contacting Patrick on the condo sale. He doesn't make promises he cannot keep. He provides an entire team of individuals to IMMEDIATELY help with the process. Professional pictures were taken right away and there was no delay in getting it on the market. I received communication from someone almost every day. Everyone was always on the same page. Patrick's advice on how much to list for, plus all miscellaneous fees were right on point. I like that he listens to the customer, he's not pushy, he's friendly and professional. He's knows the market VERY well. He provided "best case scenario" on the sale of my condo all the way down to the worst case scenario. He set up an open house right away and my condo sold in one week! His team of professionals provided guidance and they were very quick to turn things around. Based on my experiences, I would highly recommend Patrick and his team!
