As a tenant of Tricia’s I can say she is incredible responsive, makes sure the job gets done and communicates great. Her company always responds to emails quickly. When I first sought her out for a rental she found me one within a day; she made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and took care of any move in issues promptly. I would recommend Tricia and her company to anyone I know needing a rental or looking for help selling their home or purchasing a home.

Tricia is fabulous!!! She was able to sell our house in one day. She was completely committed to selling our house. She is always available to answer any questions and responds very quickly. She posted our house prior to it being up for sale with a coming soon notice and the house had three showings prior to it even being listed on the market.
