Ashley did an incredible job helping us sell our home fast. We were on a tight timeline for job relocation and Ashley made the selling process stress-free, all while getting us to close quickly. Even after a buyer backed out, Ashley was able to pivot and get our house back on the market fast. She is well connected within the community and was able to get us multiple quotes from contractors on work that had to be done close to closing. She went above and beyond and was able to help us with our dogs during showings and even helped us get a lawn mower sold at the last minute. We felt that we were in great hands from the moment we first met with Ashley, she was very transparent and was always available to answer any and all of our questions, no matter how big or small. I would recommend Ashley's selling services to anybody that wants their house sold quickly and at the highest value. She gave us multiple strategies for listing prices and was able to get us offers in less than a week of listing on two separate occasions.

Ashley is absolutely awesome. She helped get my mom and her husband a beautiful home and 3 years later helped me find the home of my dreams. She is always there for you no matter what and makes sure you get what you need. She’s very knowledgeable and will look after you. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Ashley is the best of the best when it comes to real estate! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and her communication is top notch. Even when the process got stressful, she was always able to come up with a solution to smooth everything out. Where to start? My wife met Ashley at a Local Business Networking Group. From there we met with a lender through her suggestion, and understood what our budget was. She met with us in her office to go over what kind of home we were looking for, and what we needed. Next we started looking at homes. Many homes. A few were close, Real close, to what we were looking for. Put in some offers, not really entertained by sellers too much, so we walked on a few, but she found us the perfect home we were looking for. Worked on a good offer that worked good for us and the sellers liking. She fought for us, negotiating repairs when the home inspection report came back, when the lenders were failing or being extra, and made this sale as smooth as possible. Literally, my wife and I will tell you, the best part of this entire process, was Ashley. She was dedicated the entire time, not only to sell is a home, but to make sure we were happy. To get us into what we needed. Gave us loads of good tips on the way to make sure we were making the best informed decision, then making this deal as smooth as she could. I cannot recommend her enough. I will 100% use her again and make sure my family and friends know where to go to get her for their home needs. Thanks Again Ashley! You’re the best!

I have been working with Ashley for almost a year, looking for my retirement home in DE. She is amazing. I have no doubt that Ashley is there for ME. She has shown me quite a few homes and has been very patient and kind in all of our dealings. Ashley knows so much about the area, what to look for, where to look. She has extensive knowledge about home condition, construction...I could go on forever. The bottom line, and this I think is quite rare and what makes Ashley so extraordinarily special: She always has only my best interest at heart. I trust her implicitly, and in today's world that is exceptionally rare.

I initially hired Ashley to sell my recently deceased mothers house, upon meeting with her she was very compassionate about our situation and in my opinion went above and beyond to help with the sale. I unfortunately live on the west coast and I must say that she stepped in and took on the entire process, handling showings, open houses, and advertisements of the property. After a few "lowball" offers, she was able to retain a full asking price offer that I accepted immediately. After offer was accepted, she handled all home inspections and minor repairs that were needed without question. I could not have asked for a better representative to consult me through this process. Not only would I recommend her as a business associate to anyone I know, but I would also call her a friend today. Ashley was Amazing! Being a first time home buyer with zero experience in buying a home i couldn't have asked for a better agent. I obtained a VA loan preapproval before contacting Ashley told her what we were looking for and she did the rest. We looked at many homes before finding the one that was the right fit for our family. I felt like a huge pain with the amount of questions i had along the way, but Ashley was there to answer every one of them. Dealing with the sellers, Lawyers, etc. The best part out of the 20+ houses she was honest and never pressured us to do anything we didn't want. W We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Ashley!

Ashley is amazing we had very unique situation. We had to have looked at at least 50 houses!!! She was patient, she answered any question I had almost instantly!!! Even though we had a rough time buying our home. I would of never gotten through it with out Ashley! If we ever buy or sell again Ashley will always be my go to! You would be silly not to go with her as your Relator!
