Jenna was extremely professional, but very down to earth and easy to work with. I have been in my home for 25 years and was very concerned that I was making the best decision for me. She gave me all the information I needed to make a decision to sell, and to sell at the right time at the right price. I needed to have some minor repairs done, and she had skilled tradesmen contacts to get that done quickly and for very reasonable rates. She was always there when I had any question or anxiety. She completely understands the current crazy real estate market. I am extremely satisfied and will do business with her in the future

We cannot recommend Jenna highly enough! With her extensive expertise of the surrounding area, she helped us set a competitive price for the sale of our house and was with us every step of the way. We would not have been able to sell our house as quickly as we did without her. Her excellent negotiating skills and deep knowledge of the process were the key to our success and truly set us at ease. Her quick communication and regular check-ins, updating us on each step of the process were so helpful!

My wife and I worked with Jenna LaFermine. We were recommended to her by our former realtor and we are grateful she connected us to Jenna. We were limited in our time to search for the right home and Jenna began the process the same day we spoke to her. She was prompt, organized, and diligent with us throughout the entire process. When we were losing hope of finding something, she continued to be positive and encouraging. She was incredibly patient through the entire process as viewed many properties. Once we found the right one, she continued to accompany us closely until our settlement. The entire process was seamless and smooth. We are forever grateful for meeting her. She is a great asset to the Burns & Ellis team!
