Shalini is a top class real estate agent. Her knowledge of the market in Dover by selecting the right selling price and guidance in making updates and repairs in the house made a potentially stressful process feel much smoother. She educated us on selecting the right buyer, co-ordinated the selling process with the attorney and assisted with the closing. Shalini, did a wonderful job representing me and selling my home. She always had a positive outlook when my outlook was not so positive while my house sat for a little bit because of the market. My home sold because of her sklls as a realestate agent and always doing it in professional manner. I would definitely use her again (not for a while, lol). Shalini was excellent. She sat down with us and designed a plan that sold the house the 1st week at full asking price. She walked us through the entire process and was always there when needed.
