Nick is very knowledgable and professional. He served as both our selling agent and is assisting us with our next purchase. He spent countless hours marketing our home, networking, and conducting open houses. He knew the current market and guided us through the negotiations and selling process. He was right on every count and we totally trust his opinion and highly recommend him.His communication skills are exceptional. He always responded quickly and was very patient with us as we had to look at several properties to determine what was best for us. He is continuing to look for our next home. Was not pleasant to talk to, seemed agitated when I asked questions. Wanted to know some basic info as I am new to real estate. He was very impatient to get the conversation over with and did not answer my questions conpletely. Made me feel stupid for asking questions. I will be taking my needs elsewhere. There's a lot of realtors out there.
