Disappointing Experience – Integrity MattersI was referred to this agent through my mother’s friend and another real estate professional who had worked with her before, so I expected a higher level of professionalism and trust. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.She had verbally agreed to a 2.5% commission, but the next day went back on her word and insisted on 3%. Even when I reminded her of our agreement, she said she had changed her mind and that was that.That lack of integrity really showed who she was. Even the agent who referred her to me was disappointed by her actions and in real estate, your word and reputation are everything.She also advised me to list my condo at a lower price, which I thankfully ignored. I ended up hiring another agent, Randy Hatada - Xpand Realty, who sold my condo quickly, with integrity, and for a higher price than what she had suggested.Overall, it was a disappointing experience that reminded me how important integrity is in this business — once it’s lost, it speaks volumes.

This woman is one of the most cunning and ego-driven people I’ve ever met. She is truly unprofessional. Here is my story, she told me she had a large data base of buyers and investors who were interested. And then she made me move everything and deep clean my place for showings. I told her I know what is needed to get this place sold. She didn’t listen to me. She then turned on me and stopped selling my property and telling other realtors to not work with me either. She also would not sell me the photos to my own property. This woman is not to be trusted. I have proof from my lawyer that my property never had a Lis Pendens issue and she was saying that was the only thing inhibiting the sale when she really just didn’t want to sell it. This is unethical.

She knows the market so well that she suggested a perfect listing price and so that we could get multiple offers quickly. She arranged multiple open houses which we appreciated so much. When the house went under contract she and her team helped me negotiated and handled the repairs and the appraisals with the buyer that Nancy and her team kept me updated and guided me through the process. Nancy Li Team of Keller Williams is the best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Her team has very professional, experienced and helpful agents and brokers. One of her team associates Ben Lee was assigned to help us in buying my dream home in this Las Vegas 'seller market' with extremely low inventory (very challenging and difficult for home buyers and their agents). I can’t speak highly enough of Ben as our real estate agent. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. He is detail oriented, honest, good with people. Highly recommend.

Over all, She did a Good job on selling our house. We had a very bad experience with the first offer which the client try to stall the process on getting a loan from the bank on specially listed list of repairs which want us to fix it. She handled the other agent very professionally and ended that deal. On the second offer, she handled it very well and smoothly as usual. And we have closed the escrow even much earlier than expected. Also She is Always available when you need her even at the middle of the night and wanted to discuss some of the problem that I had encountered with. I highly recommend her for buying or selling your house.

I never meet Nancy before. I am out of state but want to buy an investment property. I am glad to find her to be our buyer agent. She referred an experience senior mortgage broker to me. I got the preapproval letter instantly and got a very compectitive mortgage rate. Next day, she prepared the offer with preapproval letter when she showed the house to us through Facetime.So that, we could submit our offer at the same day. Of course, we finally got the deal and just used 1 month to close. I want to thank Nancy and her transaction coordinator, Sharon who responed and contacted all parties so quick and got everything done in time. I had no worry at all!They are perfect team! Highly recommend Nancy to everyone.

Her suggestion on the listing price seemed to me was just right,( I wanted to sell the property as soon as possible) and it was told in a little over a month at a satisfactory price.
