My wife and I could not have asked for a better realtor than Mindy. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, and she knows what it takes to sell a house. She was our realtor when we sold our house, my mother-in-law's house, and when we bought our current house. The most impressive thing about Mindy is that she treated us like we were her only clients (which I know we weren't). Whenever we needed her she was there. Customer service is important to me, and her customer service is second to none. She also gave us peace of mind, because I had complete trust and confidence in her. With the changing market and uncertainty it can bring, that peace of mind is important. I would not hesitate to use her again, and would recommend her to anyone.

My wife and I would like to thank Mindy Wardlaw for doing such an amazing job helping us sell our not so sellable house in Louisiana. Due to a poor management company, our house developed many issues that would have been very costly to repair. Since we live several states away, this was not going to be easy. Mindy stepped right in and said she would definitely be able to get us an offer that would enable us to get out from under this situation. Low and behold, she did just that. Thank you so much Mindy, you saved our sanity (and our bank account)

Mindy did a great job selling our house. She was very informative in what was realistic and possible, gave us clear direction and suggestions, and worked very diligently throughout the process to make it as painless as possible. Since I was going through a job change, that was very important. She was the one who managed both our purchase and sale of the house, and if we were to ever return to the northern Louisiana area, I am sure we would use her again.

We are a retired couple in our early 70's and decided to move closer to town. We thought we needed to find a real estate professional to help us navigate the buying/selling process. We started this search by asking around for a "Real Estate Professional." We wanted someone that was a full time agent and not a part time agent. The name that kept popping up was, Mindy Wardlaw.I called Mindy and asked her if she would talk with us. After 2.5 hours we decided that, Mindy, was truly a real estate professional and would be a great fit to work with us. Mindy helped us with the process of finding a home, making an offer and counter offer, and the final closing. This entire process went smoothy. We called on Mindy a few months later to sell our old house and this process too went smoothly from start to finish. If we ever need a Real Estate Professional or someone needs one, we will use Mindy again and we furnish anyone who asks with the name of Mindy Wardlaw.
