Huge shout out to Adam and Jenna. Second time selling a home with Adam and both times he’s been 100% right with everything.This time selling was an older, cheaper home that needed some work. Being on the other side of the country, I sent a text and Adam provided a remodel plan that he felt confident would get the house sold and provide a return on investment. Through the whole process I had the utmost confidence in him and it all worked out as he said.Along the way, we had some issues on the buyer’s side arise and Jenna stepped in. She stayed on top of everything and ensured documentation was provided and signed when they needed to be. She kept me informed through each step of the sale.Many realtors have positive reviews, but I find it hard to believe there’s a better team available that will take on all projects. I highly recommend Team Lytle to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you both for the commitment and hard work you guys do!

Darin was professional and always helpful. Communication was always on point and we closed on our house in 30 days. Negotiated between us and the sellers was key to making this work and he did a perfect job, fast and to the point. Darin Hines was very professional and kept pace to find a buyer for my house very quickly. There were several repairs and gardening chores that needed to be taken care of, and unfortunately, no longer living in Shreveport made it difficult for me to orchestrate all of the repair work that needed to be done. Fortunately, Darin was able to manage all of the repairs, and put my house o the market, and find potential buyers very quickly. Very satisfy with sale outcome.
