Mike was great to work with, he was always willing and available to show me homes. He was able to make recommendations and share his knowledge of the housing market. I requested a tour to see a house, and it was assigned/accepted by Mike Miner Team. I tried to confirm the details and eventually was told they were not able to show the house at the time requested. I wouldn't have had an issue if the home buyer wasn't able to show but why accept a request to show if you're company isn't capable? I'm sure there are plenty other companies out there willing to show it.

To say that Mike Miner did an amazing job is an understatement. As a real estate attorney who practices in both residential and commercial transactions, what Mike did was truly remarkable. We had to sell our house and buy at the same time which is a stressful endeavor. Mike handled it like a pro. In short, Mike sold our house in 1 day "over asking price" and negotiated our purchase for $50K less than asking price. It was a masterclass in real estate brokering. Mike has been with us for the past 4 years and navigated us through the real estate market swings with ease. His knowledge of the real estate market is what ultimately convinced us to hold off on buying during 2022-2023 when home prices were skyrocketing. This decision is what allowed us to finally find and buy our dream house. Bravo Mike!

If you want your house to be sold quickly, Mike Miner is your right choice!Before I called Mike, I checked his reviews: he is the best seller around here; with the most houses sold by him in my old neighborhood. My friends in Rome connected to the real estate market confirmed what my research suggested. He will tell you exactly how much you can expect to get for your home, and how long it will take to sell. His team works hard as well to schedule appointments, bring buyers, and answer questions to provide the most enjoyable and positive experience possible during a stressful time.You may think that those things should be expected, but then Mike will continue to set himself apart with the little things - the extra things! In my case, I had moved a few days before the scheduled closing, but when it was postponed for 3 weeks, Mike kept an eye on the house and assured me that the yard was neat and everything was taken care of so I could relax and enjoy my new home in Florida while I waited!Mike Miner is a very warm, caring individual, who really seems to care about his clients and his community above all. I have known Mike for 25 years and he is the best in the business. I have watched him grow into a brilliant real estate agent and businessman. Over the years, we have used his services for buying, selling, and rental management. I can't imagine using another agent. He is a consummate professional who truly loves the city of Rome and is an asset to the area.
