A close friend recommended Melissa to me. Thank goodness, because she made this process so easy and painless. She was so professional and personable. Answered every question I had and never once made me feel like I was ignorant for asking questions where a prior realtor i spoke with was not so helpful. I seriously could not be happier with the job Melissa and her staff did.

Melissa, was a wealth of knowledge about the housing market in Great Falls and surrounding areas. She gave excellent suggestions on how to bid on a home and what things to consider about a purchase. She has a large network of support people from inspectors, electricians, painters and more. We were not the easiest clients to work with, but Melissa was always upbeat and positive. She worked with us to find a wonderful house that were are very excited to be in. We would recommend Melissa without any reservations or hesitations.

Melissa was phenomenal! She is punctual, straight forward, and very knowledgeable. She has helped us sell two home and now helping us buy! We wouldn’t want anyone else to help us find our new home. She helped with timelines, inspections, and offered support all the way around. Buying and selling homes in no easy task, but she does it with grace.

Melissa was great to work with in so many ways. She sold my house in less than 2 months, was very knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and she even payed for a cleaning crew to gather what i couldn't take with me. Most of all she is very sweet. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure working with Melissa! Not only did she help with the purchase of my new home, but she also listed my current condo quickly to get a speedy sale. We had multiple buyers within days of listing with a contract and back up offers to follow. Selling and buying a home can be stressful, but Melissa was always there to support, clarify and answer ANY questions I had! My daughter and I are getting settled into our new home and love it.
