We cannot say enough, good things about Melissa Vorreyer. She is the very best of the best! Melissa is experienced, professional, and she hustles. She knows what needs to be done, how to do it, who to call, where to find it, and gets it all done with perfection and in record time. When we were looking for a home, Melissa knew our needs and wants and notified us instantly when a home would come for sale. She often arranged a showing within hours. When we got to the actual buying and selling, Melissa guided us every step of the way with every detail. Although Melissa had other clients, the time she spent and the effort she put forth for us, made us feel like we were her only clients. We had such a great experience with her with our first purchase that we called her to represent us and purchase a second home. She got the second property purchased for us, and our first property sold within one weekend! If it can be done, Melissa will get it done! Start to finish, she made our home buying experience wonderful and flawless.

We could not recommend Melissa and her team enough! My husband and I looked for the right house for us for over a year, and even when our ideas of what we wanted changed, Melissa and Amy were quick to help us pivot and submit a competitive offer to win us the perfect house! Melissa is the consummate professional. Incredibly organized, knowledgeable and professional. Melissa sold our condo several years ago. When we had to list our house, preparing to move across country and all of the stress involved with a move like that, there was only one realtor we even considered. We needed THE BEST to execute the selling part of our move, and that’s exactly what Melissa is.
