Jerry did a great job explaining all the smaller details to me, and made sure that I was comfortable with the entire process. He even recommended me to folks to help get work done on my new house! He made the whole journey feel better for me. Even the singing of the final house papers was pretty smooth and the transition there was as hastle free as possible
