From start to finish, working with Matt Rhine and Michael Absalom to sell our townhouse was exactly what we needed to hit our timelines. Matthew is a master of market trends providing guidance on preparation and listing details to hit our goals. Michael was extremely thorough in hosting the multiple open houses, understanding prospect needs, and then aligning the house qualities with what they were looking for to get the most equitable offer. To round this all out, the operations lead, Ksenia was extremely helpful in answering our questions about being a first-time seller to make sure everything was aligned for closing. Matt and I came in contact accidentally when my information request was sent to his office by mistake. Matt followed-up with me and impressed me with his knowledge, drive, and trustworthiness. Shortly thereafter I signed a representation agreement with him to secure a rental property for me. 4 weeks later I closed on a property in a location recommended by Matt (previously not being considered by myself). Matt has engaged himself every step of the way and is continuing to provide assistance in getting the property rented and managed. I have benefited from Matt's extensive network of contacts and am looking forward to continuing to work with Matt on future deals. Please note that I am currently residing in Germany and with Matt's help have executed the home purchase remotely (no need to fly back to the US at any point in the search, purchase, and closing process).
