They pull out all the stops when it comes to marketing. They are truly gifted and experienced masterminds for marketing and showing a home. They went above and beyond to showcase our home and highlight its potential, helping buyers envision all it could be to overlook the outdatedness of the home to achieve maximum sale potential. They were quick, responsive, always had showing debrief calls/emails with us, and attentive to our needs, always keeping our goals in mind. It was wonderful working with Mariel and Matt to sell our home of 20 years. If I had listened to her advice we would have sold for even more money than we did, but I talked her down on the asking price to sell quickly. Then it sold so quickly we could barely get our things out fast enough for the new owners to move in! Mariel is extremely knowledgeable about the market and how to handle various situations that arise during an offering for sale, which she always handled with courtesy and poise. It was enormously comforting having her on our side through an interesting experience selling an 18 acre property.

Mariel and her team helped us to buy a house in Hampstead, and we can't express how amazing they were. They went above and beyond what we ever expected from setting up tours of memory care facilities for us, to devoting so much time for us when we came down to look at houses from out of state, recommending places to explore, and supporting us through every step. We felt like Mariel total understood us, our needs for a home, and our wants after just looking at a few houses with her. She then generated a list of houses for us to look and helped us to find our dream home. Additionally, she was very responsive to any texts, emails, etc. regardless of the subject. Mariel is an amazing realtor and person. We confidently highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking for a realtor.
