Lori was recommended to us by a friend who has used her services several times in the past. We were moving in from another state and didn't know the area. Lori guided us to several different areas after we told her what we were looking for, each one of them were right on the money. She taught us a few things about real estate that we did not know and we have bought and sold several properties in the past. She was a pleasure to work with. A true professional, pointing out several defects on the home and bringing it to the attention of us and the home builder and making sure it was corrected. What a wonderful experience we had with the entire process! I looked at a lot of Real Estate agents to sell our condo. We searched and found our true Gem! We looked at the number of properties sold in the last 12 months in the area and she was at the top. I now know why. I have never had a white glove treatment when it comes to selling my home, but now I have. The entire process was so smooth and when things came up, she was right on top of them. I first called Lori in the summer of 2020 about a condo in Myrtle Beach. She answered the phone on a Sunday, which I did not expect. A prior attempt to reach a different highly rated real estate agent resulted in...no response whatsoever. We bought in summer 2020; she was responsive and helpful, and we were happy with her work and our place. Over the past 6 years we'd looked at other places with her assistance, and this spring made an offer and closed June 4. We're very happy with it and with her work on the real estate transaction. We have recommended her to others and would not hesitate to do so again.

If you are concerned about having an excellent realtor, you don't know anyone in the Myrtle Beach area, please start with Lori!I was fortunate to meet Lori through a cold outreach / referral through Century 21 Realty. Not knowing who I might be referred to, you can imagine that to be a bit worrisome, especially since I do not know the Myrtle / North Myrtle area at all.Lori was always prepared from day 1... She was had plan, arrived on-time, she is thorough, communicative, clear, direct and always follows through her words with action. I've worked with many realtors over my years and she is absolutely one of the very best!Lori went extra miles for me in the search, walk-throughs, inspections.
