Logan is the best of the best, don’t let his baby-face fool you, he was light years beyond any other realtor I’ve used with his knowledge & commitment! I have worked with many realtors, for renting, buying & selling, and none have come close to the service I received from Logan buying my new home. He is on top of everything during the process, which we know should be basic realtor service but let’s be honest…we don’t get that from every realtor like we should! He took me to see properties regardless of how far apart they were from each other, never rushed me when looking. Basically I felt like his only client even though I know he is a busy bee! He has great local referrals for anything that I needed quoted or work done on the place, and if he didn’t have one (my house was out of his normal area), he reaches out to his network to get some for me (all have been great contractors so far!). I went into this new home feeling extremely informed and ready for my adventure in my new home thanks to his knowledge, attention and support. Not to mention thanks to his support & communication along with my ability to make super fast decisions, we closed in 3 weeks from viewing to keys for an amazing price that I am super happy with! The timing obviously isn’t the norm, but we had the ability and he helped make that happen for me! I can’t say enough good things, I don’t plan on selling my place anytime soon, but if I was, I would call him!
