We don’t plan to move any time soon, but if we ever do, she’ll be the one we call!

Had a piece of vacant property that no one could seem to sell and Leslie got the property sold for me. He has sold several pieces of real estate for me since then and does an awesome professional job. He is the number one agent in this area by far.
Cason Gaither was very helpful during the purchasing process. He was actually on time when showing the two houses that we were thinking of purchasing. He acted as a great negotiator between the seller's realtor and the bank that was handling the mortgage. Dealing with Cason was a pleasant experience; however, his lack of investigation left me a little disappointed. Several issues with the house didn't come to light until after closing. I feel that these issues should have been taken care of by the seller or at least investigated by the realtor representing the buyer. To say the least, it is going to cost me a lot of money to make this house more like a home.
