Brad and his team were so easy to work with. I knew Brad's reputation in the Spartanburg area as an honest and successful hard working realtor so we always knew when the time came to sell our house we would use him. He and his team quickly responded to any questions we had about offers, inspection results, and the best way to deal with each issue. They were always easy to reach and responded immediately any time we called. Brad even helped us with questions we had about the house we were purchasing for sale by owner.

I liked having a team to help with all the different phases of the sale of our home. The pictures of the house made it look really good and the descriptions highlighted features I didn’t think about. We had lots of negotiations the first week, and were very anxious, but the team calmed us down. I appreciate the attention to detail.

I don't give out 5 star rating very often.... But I was highly impressed with Chase from Brad Liles & Associates. First off let me start off by saying Chase was incredible! The whole experience was amazing. From talking with Chase over the phone while living in Indiana and trying to buy a home in SC. To finally meeting in person, looking at houses and closing on our new home. Chase was an absolute Rockstar for me and my family. He made things so easy, always put our best interests above is own, and worked incredible hard for us throughout the whole buying process. Can't tell you how bad we tortured this young man and he never faltered or hesitated. My wife and I were very particular in not only the home we were looking for but also the location. So this made Brad's job even more difficult. After close to a year we finally decided to buy property and build. Brad helped us purchase our property and we are very happy with the location. It is exactly what we were looking for, and when it is built and we are ready to sell our current home, we will be calling on Brad again. I've known Brad for over 15 years. Buying a house is no small action. When my wife and I began considering which Realtor to work with we notice there were so many to choose from. Experience was important to us but Character was more important. Brad is a man of great character and integrity. He was patient with us for six months of looking for the right house. He constantly made himself available and worked around our schedule to show us houses. He had great insight on houses that were going to be on the market before they were listed. We even went under contract with a house before reevaluating the decision after the home-inspection. Rather than Brad wanting to make a quick commission for the sale he was open and honest and supported our decision to get out of contract. He got us our Ernest money back and two months later helped us close on the most beautiful house for such a great price. The housing market is a competitive field and I truly believe that Brad cares more about the individual he is selling to and their happiness in their new home than making money. He trusts that this will go far for his success and I support him and will work with him again if we ever outgrow our new home.
