John was fantastic, as was his entire team. He was able to price our house well, which led to a full-price offer on the 1st day our house was listed. The deal was a little complicated with our Solar Lease, and out-of-town buyers, but John never missed a beat. John and his team kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure we got to closing! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John to anyone! Thank you!!!

John has been involved in three house sells for us and one for our daughter. Each sell has gone smoothly and John has worked tirelessly throughout the process. He keeps in touch and is always accessible even if he is out of town. John knows the local markets and works for his clients best interest. When we reached out to John about selling some properties, he met with us in our home, explained the process thoroughly, and gave us plenty of time to get things ready to sell. I never felt pressured or rushed. He worked with us and our schedules and explained everything very thoroughly. I felt like I was in constant contact with John as he kept us updated on the progress of our sale. If I had a question or concern, I felt comfortable emailing or texting him. He ALWAYS responded quickly.

John and his team did an absolutely awesome job. We had fifty showings and twenty offers within three days and ended up selling for $30,000 over list price. John’s team also was excellent in communicating along the way to make sure closing went perfectly smooth. I would absolutely use the Fravel Group again and would highly recommend them to anybody.

John is awesome. He is by far the best realtor I’ve ever used! Definitely recommend him!! He listed and sold a 94 acre tract that I had for many years. No other realtor I tried before John could sell it. John brought me more showing than all the realtors before combined!! He got me full asking price. Incredible guy!! Will never use anyone else!
