Laura made the homebuying process very enjoyable. Each time that I had issues with my lender, she immediately stepped in and made sure that the loan kept moving through. Because of her actions I was able to close early when my lender made it seem like I would be lucky to close on time. Laura made it possible to close on our forever home. If you want the best Realtor that makes you a priority, you're in the right place.

Laura was amazing! She helped steer us in the direction that was right for our family and we would up with something that is absolutely perfect for us. Laura made our transition from another state great with recommendations based off of our personal needs, not necessarily based off of what was the highest sell price. It was wonderful to work with someone who actually listened to what we wanted and needed.

We started looking in Conway a couple of years ago and just happened to find Laura Davis in an ad for her company. We had no connection, we just picked her out and we were certainly fortunate to have chosen her. She showed us houses over a two year period, never pressured us and kept us informed of the market. She has that perfect personality, skill set and work ethic for real estate. We felt guilty looking at so many homes and she probably occasionally had doubts that we were actually going to do something! We have purchased quite a few homes over the years and dealt with many very qualified realtors but she is easily at the top of our list. Ultimately she found us the perfect home. We are thankful to have worked with Laura...best realtor ever!!

Laura has been a tremendous help for me, not only with buying my first house a year ago, but again, now, as I try to relocate to Little Rock. I could not imagine having a better realtor than her. She is on top of everything and is very responsive and available. Even though I know I bug her with my million questions, she never made me feel like I was a bother. She truly cares about her clients and it shows in her work. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
