We were nervous about buying and selling a home at the same time, but Chase and the Rackley Team turned what we expected to be stressful into something smooth and surprisingly simple. The photos of our home were absolutely gorgeous — we were truly proud to show it off — and it sold in less than a month, with closing just three weeks later.What stood out most was the communication. Every question was answered right away, and if Chase didn’t know something, he found out and followed up quickly. As first-time simultaneous buyers and sellers, that support gave us so much peace of mind. We’re incredibly grateful and can’t recommend Rackley Realty enough!

Can’t speak for the company as a whole but I can speak on my experience with one individual, Mylan Sides. He was the realtor for the seller and it’s been difficult from the start. We closed on a house in Maumelle on 7/8, today (8/7) I had a realtor and her client pull into my driveway preparing to show the house. Let me remind you, we closed on this house a month ago. On top of that, during our final walk-through, the movers for the seller took several items that were to remain in the house. We ended up putting in the closing deal for them to be replaced by Mylan as he agreed. All we have received so far is cheap stuff from Amazon that doesn’t fit. Thank God we changed all the locks and codes to the house the first day. Maumelle is a very popular spot so I wouldn’t be surprised if this has happened more than once which is concerning for our safety and privacy.

My husband and I worked with Emma Grace Hall after being referred to her from our mortgage lender. I can’t recommend her enough! She was always very responsive to any texts, calls, or questions we had about properties or the home buying process. I’ve never met a more personable, kind, and caring realtor (or human!!) We closed on our home in less than 30 days of submitting an offer!

Chase and his team are like no other. He has invested the time to fully understand our family and truly hone in on finding us our forever all around home that would be not only our home but in the right surrounding and community settings. His level of detail into how we like to spend our time, activities, social life and kids education needs we’re all accounted for.He didn’t waste our time showing us houses that would not fit. He knew exactly how to fine tune the search and locate the top 3 candidates and even found eventually a home that didn’t even come to market yet. That was a true mastery. Chase and team worked to assist us getting the best contract with the best terms, he personally supervised the inspection and help negotiate with the seller all out requests. He was there all along the way helping with the bank and escrow. Truly the best home buying experience I ever had If your looking to choose a true partner broker. Having someone like Matt, from Rackley Team, that we completely trust has made home buying so fun. We enjoy seeing Matt and we know he only shows us houses we will love.
