I have incredibly high standards, yet I cannot rate Kyle highly enough. Where do I start? First of all, his photographer made the most gorgeous marketing video I've ever seen. Then, Kyle found us an off market buyer who paid top dollar (in a buyer's market). Finally, his team made the entire transaction as effortless as possible. To top things off, Kyle even found us a tenant for another property (which we never asked him to do!). There's a reason why he is consistently rated "Best of Fort Collins." Because he is, indeed, THE BEST!

Kyle and Kara are a great team. Kyle is so knowledgeable and professional and Kara held our hands through the whole process. I have so much respect for people who are good at what they do and that is personified by Kyle and his team. We had a challenging time selling our townhome in Berthoud and needed to switch realtors and within a week of taking our listing, the place was sold! Highly recommend!!!

Kyle did an excellent job helping us navigate multiple markets. We began working with him in the Fort Collins area, then pursued properties in Boulder but ended up in Grand Junction.
