Karen has set the bar for all other realtors we will ever use. She was the one who suggested the house we ended up buying, encouraged us to ask for things in negotiation we had never considered, and went above and beyond overseeing the entire process. Karen and her staff organized everything for us, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Even after our sale closed, she still continue to work and managed the final pieces so we didn’t have to do it from out of state. Our family loved her so much, my youngest name renamed her teddy bear, Karen.

Karen was kind, knowledgeable, skilled, and extremely competent while helping us find our new home. She truly LISTENED to what we wanted (many realtors try but their listening skills are sub par. Karen is the best in her profession. We’re a military family given last minute orders to leave for a great assignment we couldn’t say no to- Karen was on it. After we left, she kept an eye on the house and made sure every step of the selling process was perfectly executed. We were under contract quickly and closing with a full price offer with no hassle. Karen and I have many years experience. She helped me maneuver around selling 1 house by owner and helped me find a new one. Three years later helped meSell that house and found another one. We have bought and sold many homes over the years in Shreveport/Bossier. We have never used someone as good as Karen Hoell, however. From the time we hired her, she was on top of everything.
