It’s a competitive market for agents in Upper Arlington OH with a lot of talented and deeply experienced folks - Kacey stood out in several areas that compelled us to select him to sell our house. First transaction volume - Kacey sells a lot in UA (the most in units and volume I think) and so he’s hyper tuned into the current buyer sentiment. Second he’s engaging and straight forward, so we could actively discuss how to prep the house, how to market it etc. We’ve sold 8 houses in 4 states and 3 countries and have always valued the ability to act as a team together with the agent, as we did with Kacey. Finally, Kacey has an insane amount of hustle and a tremendous network. We were not in OH very long so we needed someone who could put us in contact with cleaners, landscapers and other trades folks who would be responsive and deliver great service. If we had a need, we’d text Kacey and minutes later be in contact with a pro. Everyone Kacey recommended was immensely professional and did amazing work quickly, reducing a lot of stress on our side. We have and will continue to recommend Kacey.

I felt like I hit the lottery, having Kacey as my realtor. He gave great common sense advice, had wonderful contractors to complete any needed work, and was super responsive to any questions. He was very patient with my multitude of questions, and never made me feel like I was a bother, even though I thought I was being a pain. My house showed really well, with the completed staging. I had 9 showings in 2 days, with three offers, all over asking. I don't think that I would have been that successful without Kacey's mentoring and expertise. You can't go wrong with Kacey. I highly recommend him!!!!

Kacey was my realtor as a seller and a buyer! When my house sold, I was a little concerned about where I was going to live. Kacey sent me a house, and we toured it the first day it was on the market. He found the perfect house for me and now I'm moving into it! He is so knowledgeable about the housing market and so easy and fun to work with. I would use him 100 more times, but I think my selling and buying days are done.

Kacey assisted my husband and I with purchasing our first home. He went above and beyond and made the whole process as painless as possible. Kacey's professionalism, patience, knowledge of Upper Arlington, and sense of humor was much appreciated! Although he is extremely busy with many houses in his portfolio and many clients, Kacey made us feel like we were his number one. We are amazed at Kacey's VERY QUICK communication, always responding to our texts and emails quickly (even on evenings and while he was on vacation!). One moment that illustrates the attention to detail that Kacey brings to real estate is when we accidentally showed up early to a showing that Kacey was leading. There had been a windstorm in the area, and Kacey was literally picking up sticks out of the yard to make his client's home look picture perfect with curbside appeal. Kacey truly cares about his clients and never pressured us, even when our home search took months longer than expected and we passed on many houses that *almost* were a fit. Kacey cheered us on and told us to wait for our dream home, and he was right! Also, his vendor list is top notch and we look forward to partnering with the professionals on our new home.

Kacey is by far the best realtor that I have ever worked with, and I have bought and sold a few homes. He is extremely knowledgeable, always responsive, cares so much out his clients, and just gets it done! His staging and marketing of my house in a tough market was so incredible, we went into contract on extremely good terms within 24 hours of the house hitting the market. He stayed in contact through all stages and just was so much fun to work with! If you want the best realtor in all of Columbus, definitely work with Kacey and his top notch team! You won’t regret it!

Kacey guided us through the purchase of our first home, and we could not have done it without him. He is an expert on the Columbus area and a master negotiator. From the moment we told him we wanted to make an offer all the way through closing, Kacey was there. After my dad passed away unexpectedly, we had to sell his home in Upper Arlington while living four hours away. Kacey stepped in and was absolutely incredible. He is truly hands-on—checking on the property, coordinating details, and handling things we simply couldn’t manage from out of state.His market knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness, and steady guidance made a stressful situation so much easier. We always felt informed and confident in every decision. He went far beyond what we ever expected from a realtor. If six stars were an option, he’d deserve every one. Are you interviewing other realtors or thinking about using your cousins son who just got his license? STOP! Kacey and his team are the best of the best. I saw all of Kacey's advertisements in our neighborhood and opted to use his services based on all the success I saw on paper. I had high expectations for him based on that and he exceeded those expectations by far. From the day we met, he was thoughtful, zero percent pushy and allowed us to make the decision that was best for us, showed us what he thought would help us sell our home, and then staged our house and strategically took us to market. By the end of the weekend, we had more offers than we could have imagined. Oh--and he was insanely available. Do yourself a favor and go with Kacey!
