Kacey is by far the best realtor that I have ever worked with, and I have bought and sold a few homes. He is extremely knowledgeable, always responsive, cares so much out his clients, and just gets it done! His staging and marketing of my house in a tough market was so incredible, we went into contract on extremely good terms within 24 hours of the house hitting the market. He stayed in contact through all stages and just was so much fun to work with! If you want the best realtor in all of Columbus, definitely work with Kacey and his top notch team! You won’t regret it!

Kacey guided us through the purchase of our first home, and we could not have done it without him. He is an expert on the Columbus area and a master negotiator. From the moment we told him we wanted to make an offer all the way through closing, Kacey was there. After my dad passed away unexpectedly, we had to sell his home in Upper Arlington while living four hours away. Kacey stepped in and was absolutely incredible. He is truly hands-on—checking on the property, coordinating details, and handling things we simply couldn’t manage from out of state.His market knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness, and steady guidance made a stressful situation so much easier. Are you interviewing other realtors or thinking about using your cousins son who just got his license? STOP! Kacey and his team are the best of the best. I saw all of Kacey's advertisements in our neighborhood and opted to use his services based on all the success I saw on paper. I had high expectations for him based on that and he exceeded those expectations by far. From the day we met, he was thoughtful, zero percent pushy and allowed us to make the decision that was best for us, showed us what he thought would help us sell our home, and then staged our house and strategically took us to market. By the end of the weekend, we had more offers than we could have imagined. Oh--and he was insanely available. Do yourself a favor and go with Kacey!

I can honestly say that in a short amount of time, Kacey has gone from being “my realtor” to feeling like a true friend. He’s not the type to hit you with a giant to-do list to get the house ready for the market — instead, he zeroes in on the things that will actually give you the best return on your investment before selling. And trust me, he knows what he’s talking about, so pay attention.For me, that meant investing about $15k in getting my house ready — but he never pushed or required me to put in any specific dollar amount. It was entirely up to me, and everything I did was based on what he recommended would make the biggest impact. Full disclosure: a lot of that work was fixing things that were fine for me living there but not ideal for a buyer — like short door trim, every surface inside needing repainting, and replacing carpet in two rooms with LVP to match the rest of the house. I would guess that investment probably brought me an additional $25k easily. I had a very strong offer in less than 24 hours — quick close, minimal contingencies, high earnest money — and I’m convinced that was due to the prep work, the condition of the house, and the staging. One example: my fence was in rough shape and had mismatched stain and paint, but instead of recommending an expensive aesthetic fix, Kacey pointed out that it was structurally solid and would last the next owner years. He focuses on what matters most to buyers.I was relocating out of state and needed to move quickly. Kacey went above and beyond — stopping by the house regularly to make sure I wasn’t missing any important mail, and even rolling my trash cans back to the garage after I did a huge purge and had to leave town. Those little things make a big difference when you’re already juggling a big move.Kacey sells a ton of homes (especially in UA), but you’d never know it from how he treats each client. He’s incredibly responsive — early, late, weekends… I don’t think the guy ever sleeps. If you don’t hear from him within 30 minutes, you’ll probably get a text apologizing for the “delay.”His preferred vendor list is gold. I had a ton of handyman projects inside and out, needed painters, house cleaners, and some minor roof work — and every person/vendor he recommended was excellent, reasonably priced, and available quickly. In my case, everything was scheduled, booked, and finished in about 2.5 weeks. Shoutout to ALL of them. And also, the house cleaners were incredible and made my home shine and were very reasonably priced!His photographer is AMAZING — he captured beautiful shots of my home, including some incredible drone images. The emails from his transaction coordinator were also extremely helpful — she’s wonderfully kind and kept me informed every step of the way. Shoutout as well to the title company we used; they made pre-signing from out of state simple and stress-free, and my proceeds were deposited within minutes of closing.Staging is offered to you as a seller at no additional cost, and I can’t recommend it enough. The staging team made my 1000 sqft home (without a dining room) look stunning and incredibly functional — it was like stepping into a magazine.As a former licensed real estate agent myself, the only word I have for Kacey is impressive. I promise — you won’t be disappointed.

Kacey Wright is extraordinary! He spent over a year patiently showing us properties while we contemplated moving out of our family home of 37 years. Once we found our new home, he helped with every single step of preparing our current home to go to market. He has many contractors he recommends for painting, electrical work, flooring or any other updates that might be needed either on your current or future home and they are all excellent. Realtor is too small a word to describe all Kacey brings to the table as an agent. He is smart, authentic, works harder than anyone else, and has a great sense of humor (an underrated quality necessary for this otherwise stressful process). We’d been navigating the market unsuccessfully for over a year with another agent when a friend encouraged us to talk to Kacey. We shared our struggles and he offered valuable insight and his assistance without expectation. A few months later Kacey got us in contract on our forever home and sold our current home- receiving multiple offers over asking in two days. We no longer need a realtor but thankfully plan to keep Kacey as a friend.
