Brad was amazing to work with from start to finish! We first bought then sold a home with him and the experience was excellent through both processes. When we bought, he fought hard to negotiate and get the deal done on a competitive home. When we sold, he guided us through the process and made it an enjoyable experience. He also has a background in construction which was helpful walking through our homes when buying and selling understanding how and what to fix/update if needed! We don’t foresee needing to buy and sell anytime soon, but if the time ever comes again, we will definitely be using Brad! Highly recommend!

100% recommend. My wife and I were provided a recommendation by our prior agent, who has since retired, to give Brad a call. We were thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of the local community, specifically the Upper Arlington and Grandview areas. From our perspective as home buyers, Brad was exceptional. He listened to our needs and was willing to work with us at our speed and over our preferred timeline. Since first contacting Brad, it was a few months until we found a house worth actually walking through. We were never rushed, and more importantly never felt as if Brad was trying to sell us the house. He listened to our wish list and educated us on the pros and cons of each potential house. If a house wasn't for us, he took that feedback and we moved on to the next one. Patience paid off. From a hone seller perspective, Brad was equally exceptional. He took the time to recommend small fixed and provided contacts for resources to get these done. His advice to get the house "showing ready" was very helpful, and we never felt like it was too much where we couldn't still live in the house comfortably while it was on the market. From idea generation, to listen, to close, Brad was there every step of the way with solid advice and recommendations. Throughout the whole buying and selling process, which can be extremely stressful and overwhelming, we knew we were in good hands with Brad. Brad did an excellent job getting our house sold. He gave us easy to complete ideas for staging, flooring, small repairs and such. Brad was always reachable, even while on vacation! Would not hesitate to use him again.

Working with Brad was a great experience. We are first time home buyers and he was incredibly patient answering our myriad of questions and walking us through everything. We initially started the house search while living overseas, so he even did virtual walk thrus for us.
