Brad helped us sell a single family home. He was outstanding to work with and went above and beyond helping us get through the selling process. He helped guide us through completing some significant repairs required before we put on the market. The sales process was quick and easy. Above all, he communicated frequently through the process in a friendly and professional manner. I highly recommend Brad.

Working with Brad was a great experience. We are first time home buyers and he was incredibly patient answering our myriad of questions and walking us through everything. We initially started the house search while living overseas, so he even did virtual walk thrus for us. He clearly knows Grandview very well, and has good ties in the community in terms of finding houses. I wholeheartedly recommend Brad to anyone looking to buy a house.

This is our second time working with Brad in Columbus. Brad is always listening to what we are trying to accomplish, and doing whatever it takes to get the outcome that we are seeking. Brad and his team are absolutely amazing. Within hours of a phone call Brad showed up and got it done. Getting our dream forever home wouldn’t have been possible without Brad and team and not to mention their agility in selling our previous home. It was a flawless experience from beginning to end. Aside from the buying and selling aspects, Brad shared his expertise and knowledge in the structure and finishes of the house that was incredibly helpful in our decision and our future plans. Brad did an amazing job. He was very responsive and worked with our (difficult) schedule, as we were buying from out of town. We saw a number of houses him and his team and actually was under contract on a place we LOVE in under a week.Specifically he went out of his way to accommodate last minute changes to let us see the most places we could while we were in town. If it wasn’t for his flexibility, we would not have seen our new home!Would recommend Brad.
