When she met with us she listened carefully to our goals and our apprehensions, and she offered a number of scenarios for us to consider. Once we started to look at houses, Rhiannon was always receptive to our phone calls and our many (sometimes repetitive) questions. If there was a home we wanted to view, she quickly made all of the necessary arrangements. We were in no particular rush to move so we were OK with waiting to find exactly the right home. Rhiannon was extremely patient with our process and we never felt any pressure to rush into a decison.Once we found and purchased the home that we wanted, Rhiannon helped us sell our old home. She helped us decide which upgrades would add genuine value to the home to maximize its sale price and helped us set a realistic timeline and price price for listing the home.
