When I separated from the Navy after 14 years, my husband and I had a new baby, a 2 year old, and we were selling our home in Virginia and buying a new home in Illinois to move into without ever seeing it! It was a nerve wrecking transition, but Justin made it Soooooo much easier! He made sure we weren’t going to end up in a home we didn’t love, and helped with all aspects of this transition. Meeting him at the house with him having a huge friendly smile when we just arrived from Virginia and to see the house for the first time in person and get the key was a great experience! We love our home and have been enjoying it ever since! Justin was always available for my many many questions, calls and texts, and he set our minds at ease!
Justin listed our property in the fall, just as we were entering the slow holiday season. He had several good suggestions about why that might be a favorable time to put a property on the market, which we hadn't thought of on our own. He came prepared with comps and with a marketing plan, and he was open to our ideas about other ways to increase exposure. We're very picky about getting prompt and complete feedback from a realtor, and Justin responded favorably when we asked him to keep us informed about developments as soon as anything was going on. We had an offer about 3 weeks after listing, and couldn't have been happier!
