I would give her six stars if I could. We hired Julie to sell a property for us and she was absolutely amazing. She was instrumental in getting the property prepped and staged for us, and had painters, landscapers, and stagers ready to go who did quality work at reasonable rates. The house looked amazing by the time it was listed and she did a tremendous job getting us a really good sale price. We would use her again in a heartbeat and I can't recommend her enough!!

Julie Flouty is an amazing real estate agent and I recommend her without hesitation. With her help, we went from just starting our search to closing on an amazing home in just six weeks!Julie demonstrated several outstanding strengths during our time working with her:#1 - In-depth knowledge of the market. Julie was very on top of the housing market in San Mateo County, constructing and updating a portfolio of homes for us to look at as she learned our taste and needs. She was able to provide knowledge of homes that would be listed soon, and was able to steer us towards desirable neighborhoods and away from houses that would have problems.Julie’s knowledge granted us an information advantage, and helped to ensure that we were able to find and quickly close on the house that we desired.#2 - Connections to Agents, Brokers, and other useful contacts. Julie is well connected throughout San Mateo County, and through her network was able to get us access to tour houses outside of the normal open house hours. Finally, she has a strong network of skilled contractors, which has been immediately helpful as we seek to make repairs and upgrades to the house. I’m a very busy person, and dreaded having to discover all of this myself. Julie showed tremendous care for us as buyers and people, seeking to understanding our hopes and dreams in order to land us in a home we would love. Julie is a nice person and a great agent. She helped us find our new home, guide us gently in making prudent choices, helping us set the offer price such that we have a competitive offer but not over-bid. She made sure she was easily reachable by phone/text and her response turnaround times were great. She guided us not only in the process leading up towards buying the home but also after the closing as well. She helped us navigate issues on the sellers side and helped us close the deal in a timeline that worked for us. I want to add that she always made sure that we were not pressurized and that we considered all factors before making our decision. My husband and I met Julie at one of her open houses in Foster City. From the start, we could tell how keen she was on the real estate market trends. We immediately asked her to be our agent to help us find our forever home. Throughout our experience, Julie was cordial, respectful, and professional. I can’t tell you how many times we heard, “You are in good hands with Julie”, or “Julie is very good at what she does” from other realtors in many open house visits. She obviously had consistent, glowing word-of-mouth praise about her professionalism and deep market knowledge. We 100% agree from our experience. When we found our home, we had a few questions about easement property that was associated with the home. Julie was helpful in getting us the right guidance, did her own research, and referred us to the right folks that we needed to talk to. The easement property “issue” was a new and unique challenge for Julie, but she maintained enthusiasm and tireless dedication to help us close escrow.
