Tom Frost was very helpful and responsive. Time was of the essence and Tom guided us through the process very efficiently from the initial showing to the post-closing. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes and he made several connections answer our questions and to get all inspections and follow-up work completed to in a short period of time and still was very thorough.
