His expertise in the market’s geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive selling price in order to optimize time interval between putting home for sale and closing. Tom Frost was very helpful and responsive. Time was of the essence and Tom guided us through the process very efficiently from the initial showing to the post-closing. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes and he made several connections answer our questions and to get all inspections and follow-up work completed to in a short period of time and still was very thorough.
