As a first time home buyer John-Michael had the knowledge, patience and availability to walk us through every step of the way. From showing us homes to really knowing what we wanted, being there to answer questions and give advice. With us during the closing, even giving us utility info to get us started. He knows the area personally, has a passion for its revitalization and is known area wide as the real estate expert in that neighborhood. Our home was unique to the area and his passion for our project was evident from the start. He was also patient when answering questions, managing concerns, and addressing issues. I chose John-Michael to help me sell my home based on the recommendation of a family member. My first impression was that he is a true professional and a sharp dresser. He has an eye for detail to make your home look as appealing as possible to potential buyers. I was extremely pleased with the listing, which included beautiful photos and a thoughtful description. We received our first offer the morning of Christmas Eve, and after a bit of negotiation, we had a signed counter offer that night. I was impressed by John-Michael's work ethic and ability to answer all of my questions. He's not the type to make you feel rushed or pressured, just informed. He remained easily accessible throughout the entire process, which was important to me as someone who lives out of town. I would not hesitate to recommend John-Michael to my family and friends.
