Joel was an amazing partner to work with on our recent home purchase. There was an extra layer of complexity as we were moving to Shreveport from out of state and had limited time to see homes. Joel set up multiple visits and helped streamline the process. Once we were ready for an offer Joel helped with multiple counters to get us the best deal possible. We will be using Joel if we ever decide to sell this home and move to another.

This was my first time to sell a home. Before I first met with Joel Hall, I had imagined that selling a home - 500 miles away in a different state - would have to be a nightmare and a constant headache. Fortunately, that was not so at all! Joel is THE REALTOR! He took care of every aspect of my house which was everything I needed living over 1,000 miles away from Shreveport. Joel never pressured me into making a deal that I was not comfortable with. I’m comfortable in saying that he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of through the entire process. If you are looking to part ways with your home from a distance or still local, you need to look no further than Joel. I also really valued the quick responses from both Joel and Raegan. While I can admit I didn’t have too many questions because Joel was so well in communicating, when I did, I had a very quick response. A++++++++
