Jimmy was incredible in the sale of our home. He comes with decades of experience and is a market expert. He helped us sell our home surprisingly fast even when the market wasn't in our favor. He is an excellent communicator and made the process feel seamless. He was always there if we had questions. And was so fun to work with! He comes highly recommended from this family!

Jimmy Stewart approached me to list my FSBO home as a Seller’s Agent and suggested my FSBO price was $50k too low; I signed with him because he brought data, charisma and energy. He was my Seller’s Agent on my signed listing agreement, but while on a beach vacation in Portugal, Jimmy had located a buyer. Rather than follow the contract, he “decided” to represent the Buyers as a Buyer’s Agent. Jimmy notified me he was a Transaction Broker, but in fact, in our contract, he needed my signature to agree to this. Jimmy Stewart represented himself as honest, but he negotiated AGAINST me when our contract said he was working FOR me.He brought a contract for my home representing himself to the Buyers as a Buyer’s Agent, and the signed contract with his license number shows Jimmy as a Seller’s Agent AND a Buyer’s Agent. I did not find his marketing of “tireless dedication, meticulous attention to detail and unparalleled negotiation skills” that he raves about in his personal bio to be factual. When Jimmy wanted to list my home, it was worth $50k more than I had the home listed as FSBO, but while under a contract with me as a Seller’s agent, he brought a Buyer as a Buyer’s agent with an offer, my home was worth $40k less than my FSBO value, just four months later. While we made a modification to the contract to correct the error Jimmy made representing himself as a Seller’s Agent AND a Buyer’s Agent, today, Jimmy proudly markets himself as having brought the Buyer and Seller for the transaction.

Jimmy Stewart is the best real estate agent I or my husband have ever had. He spent 9 months helping us find what we wanted, with a very narrow criteria. We drove up from Aurora, CO every other weekend and looked at many properties. Believe me, we were not easy to please. We put offers in on four; one we were out bid on by $50K and the other three we withdrew after inspection. Finally we found something that met our criteria and are moved and happy in our new place. Jimmy is very knowledgeable about the real estate market as whole and specifically Northern Colorado. He is patient, kind and gives excellent advice on making offers. He is persistent, honest and genuine. He really cares about his clients and makes sure he does the best thing for them. His transaction coordinator, Chris, emulates the same attributes. Take the opportunity to work with him. You will be pleased!

Jimmy was an absolute pleasure to work with! We felt so at ease since the first time we met with him. Our house was listed during a down time and Jimmy was honest the whole step of the way. Always great communication before and after each showing with us and the buyers agent. Jimmy did sell our home and the process went as smooth as possible. Selling a home in our current market has its challenges, marketing, curb appeal, minor touches and most of all was staying positive throughput the process, Jimmy met everyone of them. His knowledge in negotiating and ability to read the market got us our top dollar, actually more than I expected. He is a proactive hands on professional with the patience of Jobe. As a retired Military service member I respect his character and dedication to his trade. Bottom line: Jimmy your the best.
