Short version: Absolutely AMAZING!! In length: I don't have enough good words to say about Jill and her team. I have moved more than 8 times in the last 2 decades and by far this is the most professional and kind realtor I have met!!! First of all Jill really listens to what your needs are, than she listens to what your wants are, and then she will find the right fit for you. She was there throughout the process, always giving reassurance that she has your back, and personally this is the first time we bought a home without setting foot in it prior, and it was solely because of the level of confidence we had in her, and how approachable she and her team were to address our questions. Jill was referred to me by a family friend. I could immediately tell she understood the market as well as the process. She was familiar with so many of the houses in the neighborhood. Most importantly, Jill was always available, from the moment I reached out to her and we set up a call a day or so later to always being available via her cell phone to connect on a big or small topics. She works with many clients but I always felt as though I had her undivided attention. Jill provided her perspective and recommendation but respected my decisions if they differed and never pressured me or made me feel like I was making a bad decision.

A friend who had used Jill in a purchase of a home recommended her to us when we were in the process of moving to Ithaca. Using Jill was one of the best decisions we have ever made. She was knowledgeable about the real estate market and listened to what we were interested in buying. She devoted a tremendous amount of time to our search and suggested a number of houses that were coming on to the market but were not yet listed. We ended up getting the house of our dreams. In the negotiation phase, Jill was exceptional. She gave us great advice. I would recommend her to anyone. She is the absolute best.
