Wow! Jeremy not only saved us several thousand in listing commission but also gave us so much peace of mind and confidence during the process of selling! We had our own complications when initially listing and we called him to save the day. He was fast, patient with us and helped us even while we were out of state and trying to get our house ready for the market. He is a true family guy and we felt like we had known him for years! What an exceptional professional!! Jeremy came through for us like no other. During our home search, we came in contact with several real estate agents, but none that we felt confident using. Even though we did not have a real estate agent, we purchased a home from one of Jeremy's clients. We knew very little about the home buying process, and to make matters harder, my son works out of town very frequently. Jeremy answered numerous phone calls and test messages from us efficiently and with a helpful attitude. He also referred us to some other professionals who gave us very beneficial information. When we closed, Jeremy even worked out a temporary power of attorney for us so I could sign for my son, who was working out of the country.
