Jerry and Karen were wonderful agents. They helped us through our first time home buying experience. They were very patient with us as we looked through multiple houses. They advised us the pros and cons of each house we looked at. Jerry was always available to answer questions before and after finding a house, and ensured we were properly taken care of! We met Jerry through Zillow. He was responsive and so knowledgeable about the Hoover housing market. When that deal didn't work out (despite his help navigating the process), he stuck with us. He follow up, but didn't pester us. He was respectful of our timeline (though that continued to evolve). When we did find a property, he was right there with us through every step. Jerry was very attentive. He helped us find the right home. He was on top it every step of the way! I appreciated his expertise when we bid on homes. We eventually went with new construction. He showed up during our home inspection and both our walk throughs. He even sent a follow up text to ask how the moved in was going. Great service!

Jerry and his team did an excellent job selling our townhome. An open house was held the first weekend it was listed and he was instrumental getting all the chores completed prior to the showing. We sold in less than a month at 95% of asking price.The whole process was effortless for me so I would highly recommend Jerry to anyone.

We were purchasing from out of state at the peak of the COVID market insanity and had pretty stringent needs in a home. Jerry never opted out of a tour, met over video or in person as needed, and had the patience of a saint while we hunted for the right home. Once we found it, Jerry was invaluable in crafting a winning offer and facilitating the contract and closing processes. If we ever move we hope Jerry is still in the game because we will be calling him without a moment's hesitation.
