I’ve had my property listed with Mr. Lister for almost a year, and from my experience with Jeremy McDonnough, the service declined the moment I made it clear I wasn’t upgrading beyond the Quick List Package or agreeing to the 2% commission he pushed early on. After that, communication and professionalism took a sharp downward turn.I reached out after months of silence to ask basic questions about the listing I had already paid for. Jeremy said he’d call the next day; he never did. When I followed up, instead of finalizing a solution, he accused me of trying to get free guidance and became argumentative. He even told me I could move my already-paid-for listing somewhere else.
